Phillips Foods held a ribbon cutting for its new production facility and culinary center in Halethorpe, MD on September 5. As part of the event, Maryland Department of Commerce Secretary Kelly Schulz (c) presented a citation to Phillips Foods, accepted by (l-r) Dean Flowers, Steve Phillips, Brice Phillips and Joanna Phillips.
