In order to best serve our guests, The Fresh Market will temporarily change their hours of operation for stores that currently have extended hours.

All stores will be open between 8 AM – 9 PM, seven days a week. Additionally, on weekdays the first shopping hour of 8 AM – 9 AM will be reserved for seniors and other individuals most at risk (those with chronic health conditions such as heart disease or diabetes).  We ask that our other guests who do not fall into these categories respect these special hours for those who fall into the higher risk categories as outlined by the CDC, so they can feel more comfortable shopping in our stores.

The Fresh Market has also closed all café seating areas, and in states that have banned gatherings of no more than 50 people, we are monitoring the guest count in our stores to adhere to these guidelines.

Online ordering is also available for our guests through shop.thefreshmarket.com, but due to high demand, guests may experience delays in delivery and a higher number of items may be out-of-stock.  We are working diligently with our suppliers and partner Instacart to mitigate these concerns.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will continue to modify our processes to follow all public health guidance and keep the safety and wellbeing of our team members and guests our top priority.

The health and safety of our team members and guests, as well as the cleanliness of our stores, remains a top priority at The Fresh Market.  We are actively working with our safety experts, vendors and suppliers to ensure we are taking all precautionary measures and adhering to recommendations from public health officials to prevent the spread of germs.

In addition to reinforcing good hygiene practices recommended by the CDC with our team members, we have also increased the frequency of our already stringent cleaning and sanitation procedures in every department. The Fresh Market has temporarily suspended self-sampling stations in the stores, however if guests would like to try a product, team members are happy to provide a sample.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will continue to modify our processes to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness in our stores.
