Weis Markets has promoted James Godfrey to vice president of operational efficiency. Godfrey will oversee store-level programs focused on financial performance, labor productivity, shrink reduction and the customer experience.
He previously served as director of operational efficiency and has held several store and field leadership positions during his Weis career. Godfrey will continue to report to David Gose, senior vice president of operations.
