Specialty Food Association 2026 Summer Fancy Food Show

The Specialty Food Association (SFA) held its 2026 Summer Fancy Food Show from June 28th through 30th at the Javits Center in New York City. The three-day event brought together together tens of thousands of specialty food professionals for the industry’s premier product discovery event, with 2,500 booths spread over 345,000 square feet highlighting more than 40 different categories.
